A bit about me:
I’m a mother of 3, wife, grain and cattle farmer near Minnipa, SA. My first trade was vet nursing and now I’m a farmer and a family photographer so yes I pinch myself every day!
I looooove being immersed in nature and outdoors. I grew up camping in the bush near Pt Lincoln, riding my bike in Coffin Bay and looking for koalas at Mikkira.
Now as a rural mum I always have my camera in hand, following my children on the rocks at sunset to capture every golden moment.
Childhood is so fleeting and I know I’ll miss all the warm cuddles that comes with motherhood.
With young children of my own, I feel like I’ve experienced it all. Meltdowns, frowns and there’s always a runner. I’m patient and understanding that children will be children. I will work my mum-experience magic to catch fun and beautiful moments between you all, using gentle direction.
Connection over Perfection is my go-to.
I love families to finish our session feeling like they had a moment out together. No phone calls, no cleaning up. Just togetherness in this busy season of life.
Since putting myself out there to photograph families as a small business, I’ve formed new friendships and grabbed my camera more than once for clients as they journey from baby bumps to a little family.
I’ve now photographed over 60 Eyre Peninsula families - which I’m truly grateful for. Every gallery I deliver, leaves my heart full knowing they will be cherished for generations to come.

I had a session with Roanne long before she put herself out there and shared her work with the world, so I already hold some absolute treasures from years ago.
From precious moments during my pregnancy with my daughter, to photos of her as a tiny bub, and beautiful memories of her now as a young girl with her ponies and animals on the farm — plus a sneaky few of myself as well. These images are priceless and will always mean the world to me.
